Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow James Kim's paper “Leaders' Childhood War Trauma and the Initiation of Militarized Disputes” was selected as a co-winner of this year’s Patricia Weitsman Award for Outstanding ISSS Graduate Paper, which is given to the best graduate paper on security studies presented at last year’s ISA.
