Ukrainians are following the U.S. midterms closely

In recent weeks, Russia has increased bombings in Ukraine's capital ctiy of Kyiv, another sign that the war remains far from over. Washington Post reporter Missy Ryan who just returned from Ukraine joined Jim Braude, along with Carol Saivetz with MIT's Security Studies Program, to share how citizens there believe the U.S. midterm elections will impact them.
