Nicholas Miller is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Brown University, where he teaches and researches on nuclear weapons and international security. His research has been published in a variety of scholarly journals, including the American Political Science Review, International Organization, International Security, the Journal of Conflict Resolution, and Security Studies. His commentary on public affairs has appeared at ForeignPolicy.com, The National Interest, and The Washington Post’s Monkey Cage. Miller is currently finishing a book manuscript on the sources and effectiveness of US nonproliferation policy. He received his PhD in Political Science from MIT. For the 2016-2017 academic year, he will be a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
