This week, faculty, students and staff gathered virtually just past noon to listen to Lorenz Lüthi (Associate Professor at McGill University, Montréal) discuss “Cold Wars: Asia, the Middle East, Europe.” Lüthi spoke about the way national and regional events helped shape the global Cold War, and the impact this agency had on Asian, European and Middle Eastern powers. A lively Q&A with the audience followed.
